Hylton View is one of Southwick’s most popular nursing and residential homes.

Set in a residential part of Sunderland, our care home is a modern purpose-built home where we provide a high standard of residential, nursing and dementia care 24 hours a day. Every member of our team works hard to make sure each resident is comfortable and well cared-for. Our highly-trained care team also provide short term respite care and specialist end of life care at a time when residents and their families need additional help and support.
